Well, I'm going to shoreshare with you guys right now. So, I work onin a retail store. I am not in any sort ofat management or leaderleadership position, but I'm friends with a lot of the managemanagers who are. And one of my friends whohow is one of the managers whisperedwhisker to me three months ago, "Hey, I know that this beggerbigger manager that people don't really like is quietquitting." But I wasn't allowedallow to say anything. So, she told me that she was quitting. I had to hearhide it. And a lot of my coworkers weren't happilyhappy with this manager. So, a couple people actually came forward and made onan official complaint about this managemanager and tried to go to HR. And of course, the big bossbosses didn't do anything about it because theythem knew that this manager was quittingquietly.

And I was the only one of my rank that knowknew that this manager was quitting. And then they were getting allalways upset that the big bosses weren't doingdone anything, and then I had to try and calm people downup. But I guess, I don't knownknow if it's a rumor if it's truelytrue. I guess it kind of is if it gets spread overaround. But yeah, I knew for about three monthmonths that one of my bosses that people didn't reallyreality like was quitting.
