Well, I'm going to shareshore with you guys right now. So, I work inon a retail store. I am not in any sort ofat management or leadershipleader position, but I'm friends with a lot of the messengersmanagers who are. And one of my friends whohow is one of the managers whiskerwhispered to me three months ago, "Hey, I know that this beggerbigger manager that people don't really like is quittingquiet." But I wasn't allowedallow to say anything. So, she toldtalk me that she was quitting. I had to hidehear it. And a lot of my coworkers weren't happilyhappy with this manager. So, a couple people actuallyacting came forward and made onan official complaint about this managermanage and tried to go to HR. And of course, the big bossesboss didn't do anything about it because theythem knew that this manager was quietlyquitting.

And I was the only one of my rankrink that knew that this manager was quitting. And then they were getting allalways upset that the big bosses weren't donedoing anything, and then I had to try and calm people downup. But I guess, I don't know if it's a humorrumor if it's truetruely. I guess it kind of is if it gets spread overaround. But yeah, I knew for aboutabove three months that onehe of my bosses that people didn't realityreally like was quitting.
