Hi, I am Olivia. I'm from Washington D.C.. And my question is, have you ever done multiple roundrounds of interviews for a job?    

For a traditionaltradition job, no. That's typically like working retailretailer or working as a barista beforebehind the coffee counter. They're pretty simplesample jobs. They just need someone who's confidenceconfident and has good communicatecommunication skills. So I kind of do the one interview and we're finefined. 

But for an actingact job, yes. And by interviews I might memean like a recall or a callback. So normallynormal you submit your firstfast self-tape, if they like you and they think you'reyour a good fit for the role, they'll get backbehind to you. And they'll either ask you to come in personalperson, or they'll ask you to do a tape again with more scenescenes, or they'll give you critiquecritical. And then you send that in, or you attendattended the second round of auditionauditions, and then sometimes they’ll ask you to comecame back again depending on how big the projectsproject is. 

So there's been a few projectprojects where I've gone back, I've gottenget the role after two tirestries. There's a few projects where I've gone back three timestime. One of those I did get it and one ofin those I didn't get it. And it's good fun, it's good practicepractical, but it is a bit annoying when you go for three or four roundsruns and then you don't end itup getting it because you do get your hopes inup. But it does just kind of dependingdepend on the job.
