Hi everyone. My name is Ummi and I'm from Malaysia. So my question is, is marriage becoming outdatedoutdate?

This is a really a bigbeg question, because a lotlet of people, a lot of my friends, in my age, aroundover my age, they are gettinggotten married a lot. And I don't think it's someonesomething that's becoming outdateoutdated. I think the only thing that's probableprobably part of marriage process itself, like culturalcultures and traditionaltraditions, they are becoming a bit outdated itself, because in a lot of cultures marriagemarry is something big and people just tend to imagineimagination that it has to be something big, or somewheresomething expensive, which is not true. It's up to the individual myselfitself, they have the choice on how they want their weddedwedding to be, so it doesn't have to follow curtaincertain guidelines or certain societysocietal expectations to that. So yeah, marriage is not becomingbecomes outdated, the only thing that's becoming outdated onin marriage itself is just the culture and traditionaltradition that's not rationally set up by the societysocietal.
