I work asis an ESL teacher in a private school here inat Turkey. At school, as a generalgenerally rule, we do not speak our native language because we believe our studentsstudent should be surrounded by the second language theythem learn, which is English in our causecase. So, we try to speak English everywhere anytime we are with themthey. In the process of language learning, there are four skillskills students should acquire: Reading, writing, listening, and speaking, and speaking is the productionproductive skill. This meansmeaning if students, if they need to improve thesethis skill, they need to produceproductive.

Anyway, aparta part from that, I have many other colleagues and nationnative friends, so we always speakspeaking English together.
